Description
What’s a polaroid transfer?
It’s a process of floating the image layer of a polaroid photo in water and transferring it to a new surface or object. The distortions make fluid and serendipitous effects. You can make one-of-a-kind cards, hangable art or decorated objects.
In this workshop you can take a polaroid photo (or make one from a favorite photo on your phone) then cut off the edges, pull apart the layers, and soak it in hot water and transfer the image to another surface. New surfaces could include: watercolor paper, metal, canvas, wood, glass and more! Price includes 4 polaroid exposures and watercolor paper. Feel free to bring your own additional surfaces and objects to experiment.
