You can rent the studio for your own independent activities including parties. You will be provided with a door and alarm code to access the studio and hold your event unassisted. Price includes use of the studio and studio equipment (brushes, presses, desks etc.). Use of all community paints, pens, pencils, brushes etc are included. Canvases, Drawing Paper, and Watercolor Paper are charged separately. You are also welcome to bring any of your own supplies.

Outside food, beverages and decorations are allowed but alcohol is not permitted.

The studio has seating for 13. Maximum occupancy is 26 (if additional seating is brought in).
