The Studio is equipped to handle all varieties of two-dimensional artmaking (or crafting that can be done at a desk).

Here are some of things you can do when you visit Dabble

    • Personal Projects

      If you already have a project in mind, we here at Dabble are happy to help you go about it or just leave you alone to work. No one will look at or comment on your work unless you ask for it. Getting feedback is always “opt-in”.

    • Exercises

      Choose from a collection of creative exercises ranging from simple to complex. They’re like pushups for your creativity.

    • Still Life Collection

      Select something from our collection of still life objects to paint or draw at your workspace.

    • Get Feedback

      Feedback is always available at Dabble. And it’s always your choice. No unsolicited feedback from either guests or staff will be given unless you request it.

  • Document and Share

    Dabble has a professional grade lighting and camera system to photograph and share your work. Our counter top setup can accommodate original artwork up to 52″ x 32″. The camera can also be set up on a tripod for photographing larger artwork. The camera shoots images up to 8.5″x11″ 350 dpi. Use it to submit to galleries, send to clients, take to a professional printer or post on social media.

Here are some of things you can’t do when you visit Dabble

  • Laundry

    Yours or ours. You can’t wash clothes while you’re here.

  • Dishes

    Keep your dirty dishes safely home in the sink. (although washing palettes and brushes is a little like doing the dishes).

  • Sweeping/Vacuuming

    We take care of that.

  • Binge Watching TV

    Well, you can if you want but… maybe with headphones.
