Below are answers to some frequently asked questions. Ask additional questions with the form at the bottom.<\/p>\n

Do you teach classes?<\/h2>\n

Yes! See our Classes and Events<\/a> page for what’s currently being offered.<\/p>\n

Feed back is always available during drop in hours as well.<\/p>\n

Individuals can also host their own classes or workshops with Private Studio Rentals<\/a> outside of drop in hours. These classes and workshops will also be posted on the Calendar<\/a> page.<\/p>\n

Do you allow kids?<\/h2>\n

Absolutely! All ages are welcome at all events at Dabble.<\/p>\n

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Children 12-18 may come on their own with a signed parental release form. Ask for one when you come in.<\/p>\n

Do you do birthday parties?<\/h2>\n

Yes. See the Parties <\/a>page for details.<\/p>\n

Will it wash out?<\/h2>\n

No. Probably not. Don’t wear nice clothes to Dabble.<\/p>\n

Is this like a “Sip and Paint”?<\/h2>\n

No. We do not allow alcohol or serve food of any kind. You can bring in your own food but no alcohol, please. There are several great options in the neighborhood for a drink afterward.<\/p>\n

Are there nudes?<\/h2>\n

No. Everyone keeps their clothes on for the following reasons:<\/p>\n

  1. It makes Dave uncomfortable.<\/li>\n
  2. All ages are welcome at all events at Dabble.<\/li>\n
  3. We have really big windows.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How long have you been open?<\/h2>\n

    Dabble opened to the public in June 2021.<\/p>\n

    Where did you get the idea for this place?<\/h2>\n

    Dave thought of the idea for Dabble many years ago from conversations with people who wished they could make art but they were letting things get in their way: schedules, jobs, lack of space, access to equipment, self-consciousness etc. Dave imagined an accessible, welcoming, well equipped place for people of all ages and skill levels to come and be creative.<\/p>\n\n\n
